These Terms of Use govern your use of lacum.in and any order you place with LACUM, including custom gifts and bulk / corporate orders. By browsing, buying, or sending an enquiry, you agree to these terms.
1. About LACUM +
LACUM sells personalized laser-cut gifts, décor, jewellery, and corporate gifting from Jaipur, India.

2. Using the website +
Give accurate contact and delivery details. Do not misuse the site, break checkout security, upload harmful files, or copy product photos for another store without permission. We may refuse or cancel an order if we suspect fraud or artwork we cannot legally produce.
3. Products and personalization +
Wood grain, print tone, and laser-cut edges can vary slightly. Custom work is made from the files and text you send. Check spelling and photo crop before approval. Production starts after payment and artwork approval. Personalized items usually cannot be changed once making has begun. You must have the right to use every photo, name, and logo you send.
4. Orders, price, and payment +
Prices are in Indian Rupees. GST, if applicable, appears at checkout or on the invoice. We accept UPI, Visa, Mastercard, and other methods shown at checkout. An order is accepted when we confirm it. Bulk quotes are valid for the period written on the quote.
5. Shipping and delivery +
Orders ship from Jaipur. Retail orders over ₹499 currently ship free across India. Custom and bulk work typically needs 7–15 working days after artwork approval, plus courier time. Keep your phone on for delivery. Incomplete addresses that cause a return may incur a reshipping charge.
6. Returns and cancellations +
Non-customized items may be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packing. Personalized and made-to-order items are generally not returnable. We will remake a piece if it arrived damaged or does not match approved artwork. Cancel stock orders before dispatch. Custom work can be cancelled only before production starts.
7. Bulk and corporate orders +
Bulk pricing is agreed in writing. Typical starting quantities: 25+ custom, 50+ wholesale. Share event dates early. GST invoices are issued on request. Artwork sign-off is required before a branded run.
8. Intellectual property +
LACUM®, product photos, and original designs belong to us. Logos and photos you send remain yours; you give us a limited licence to use them only to make and reprint your order.
9. Liability +
If a product is faulty on arrival, we will repair, replace, or refund that product. We are not responsible for courier delays outside our control or slight natural variation in wood or print. Your non-excludable rights under Indian consumer law still apply.
10. Privacy +
Personal data, including custom photos, is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
11. Governing law +
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to non-excludable consumer-protection rights.
