• We deliver pan-India.
• Serviceable PIN codes are checked at checkout. If a PIN is not serviceable, the cart will show it before you pay.
• We currently do not ship internationally.

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders ₹499 and above.
• Orders below ₹499: shipping fee shown at checkout (varies by location and weight).
• COD (if available for your PIN): extra COD fee may apply; shown before you place the order.
• Personalized / bulky items: any extra charge is displayed at checkout, never after payment.

• Ready stock: usually packed in 1 business day.
• Personalized / made-to-order: extra production time (typically 2–5 business days). We’ll confirm if it will take longer.
• Orders placed after cutoff / on Sundays & public holidays are processed the next business day.

• If no one is available, the parcel may go to the local hub.
• Unclaimed parcels are returned to us. Reshipping is chargeable unless the miss was the courier’s fault.

After dispatch we cannot edit the label. Incomplete PIN, missing phone, or wrong house details can delay or return the order.

If the box looks crushed or opened:

• Note it with the delivery executive if possible
• Take photos of the outer box and item before discarding packing
• Contact us within 48 hours on +91 79765 13586

We’ll arrange a free return pickup and replacement or refund.

Items may ship together or in more than one parcel if one piece is still in production. You’ll get tracking for each consignment.

Sold-out items can be pre-ordered. Dispatch date is shared when you book. Shipping rules above apply once the item is ready.
