1. Customized & Personalized Products

No cancellation or refund once the design is approved or the product is in production.

As these items are made-to-order, returns are not accepted for personal preference or minor variations.
2. Advance Deposit

Any advance deposit paid to confirm an order is non-refundable once order processing has started.

The advance amount is adjusted against the final order value.
3. Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

Share clear images or videos of the damaged item and packaging.

Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or rework.
4. Wrong or Incomplete Order

In case of an error from our side, we will correct the issue at no extra cost.
5. Refund Mode

Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
6. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
