At LACUM, customer satisfaction is important to us. Please read our refund and cancellation policy carefully before placing an order.


1. Customized & Personalized Products

  • No cancellation or refund once the design is approved or the product is in production.

  • As these items are made-to-order, returns are not accepted for personal preference or minor variations.

2. Advance Deposit

  • Any advance deposit paid to confirm an order is non-refundable once order processing has started.

  • The advance amount is adjusted against the final order value.

3. Damaged or Defective Products

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

  • Share clear images or videos of the damaged item and packaging.

  • Upon verification, we will arrange a replacement or rework.

4. Wrong or Incomplete Order

  • In case of an error from our side, we will correct the issue at no extra cost.

5. Refund Mode

  • Approved refunds (if applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is from our side.
